Born in 2009, not even a year old yet, and already doing well, with a production line that is both innovative and well-equipped, a solid know-how of experience in silver-making and a commercial sector that is posited for dealing with foreign markets. An organizational plan and projects for development that are clear and aimed to reinforce the brand, which is the fruit of the choices of the Bianchi brothers who started it. A company that has grown according to a pragmatic and “thoughtful” approach, capable of moving forward in a balanced manner, capable of reflecting and making the necessary verifications so that it is always prepared for new leadership directions. Eyes that look forward. Cristiano Bianchi talks about his young business
Cristiano’s eyes are green, quiet and thoughtful, but also lively and active, always looking for new ideas to draw on and experiment, curious to know and learn new things. He proudly talks about his work and business, set up with his brother after years of experience in a silversmith company. With veiled overconfidence, yet down-to-earth and never boasting, he explains that, in his company, silver jewellery workmanship is carried out accurately and meticulously, following unique and sophisticated modelling. “Working silver is truly difficult – he says with the hint of a smile – no one is capable of doing it like us… of creating hollow silver items like ours”. He looks at his watch and walks away; he looks happy and while hastily saying goodbye he explains he must rush off to significant orders and important work.

Samuele’s eyes are open, expressive and communicate without words. An enthusiastic entrepreneur, he talks about his future plans. He talks about Silver Emotion, the company he set up with his brother, and how they envision its long-lasting future. The company name perfectly conveys the emotion passed onto handcrafted items by ancient artisan skills. He is clear, to the point, never vague and determined to achieve his aims. His vision is far-sighted. Humble but confidently proud, he speaks about his new company. He explains that he does not want to leave anything to chance, neither the small details nor the larger strategy, following a precise development plan perfectly drawn in his head. Smiling and somewhat mysteriously he recounts and surprises when he shares their ideas on new lines to advertise, point of sale publicity work schedules and future plans.
